- Only monitor websites and services that you own or have explicit permission to monitor
- Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Not use the Service to conduct denial-of-service attacks or similar malicious activities
- Not attempt to bypass any security measures or access restrictions
4. Acceptable Use
The Service is intended for legitimate website monitoring purposes. You may not:
- Use the Service to monitor websites without authorization
- Add an excessive number of monitors that could impact Service performance
- Use automated tools to abuse or overload the Service
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without permission
- Use the Service to collect sensitive personal data from third parties
5. Public Monitors
Monitors added to the Service may be publicly visible. By adding a monitor, you acknowledge that the monitored URL, status information, and performance metrics may be displayed publicly on our platform.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by StatusMonitor.eu and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any monitoring data. The Service should not be relied upon as the sole means of monitoring critical infrastructure.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STATUSMONITOR.EU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any errors or omissions in the monitoring data
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Service interruptions or downtime
9. Service Modifications

10. Termination
